Angel needs access to your house for the service to be performed. How you are going to grand Angel this access is your obligation. Angel's job is to show up on time and fix your heating/cooling problem fast. So, it is needed someone to be present during your service unless you grant Angel with a remote access to your house (ex: garage door keypad code access).

CAN I CANCEL SERVICE?
Of course. Everybody in America should know this is still a free country and you should fight for this! You should never allow your freedom taken away in any way, form or shape. You may cancel your service anytime you desire. However, in this case you must pay Angel any costs associated with your cancellation request. Remember, this country is not all about rights, it's about responsibilities and self-accountability as well. That's what would make this country great. People, get real!

You can always count on Angel in case you experience no heat during cold winter night or no air conditioner during hot summer night. Just give Angel a ring/text at 317.908.3968 any day, any time, any second. Please, don't get surprised if he shows up within a couple of hours during the middle of the night. However, the service call would jump from $100 to $160 in this case. Hope you understand. Wait until the next available day in case you believe you should not pay additional for Angel's services during after hours.

HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR HVAC SERVICES?
Starting January, 2020 Angel's using a flat rate pricing system on all HVAC diagnostics, maintenance and repair. In the past, customers weren't completely happy with the "time & material" pricing. What Angel realized is people seem to appreciate the more predictable approach since it's not based on an hourly base (even it is more expensive for them that way). So, Angel's changed that accordingly.

Absolutely. Angel personally guarantees every job for 12 months. In addition, in case you are not completely satisfied after Angel has done any work on your HVAC system, please contact him within 30 days. In case he cannot fully satisfy your high expectations he will refund your money in full for the labor provided.

WHAT IF MY HOUSE IS OUTSIDE OF YOUR 30 MILES SERVING AREA?
Technically Angel can work anywhere, anytime he desires. There's no such thing like government, borders and limitations for him. The question is: "Since his prices include up to 30 miles one way trip, are you ready to pay him enough for any additional travel distance?" In case your answer is "Yes", he will gladly come to your house and do the requested work.

Angel doesn't offer any free second opinion starting February, 2021. He's incorporated a $100 second opinion fee in order to stay in the business for a long time and weed out the low ballers in the same time!

DO YOU OFFER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS?
Absolutely NOT. People, you have to realize this is America! You should not be tighten up with any unnecessary contracts. All you have to do is contact Angel whenever YOU want your HVAC system to be serviced and consider it done for a reasonable fee! It's that simple! Why someone would want to be cornered with a contract just to save a couple of bucks is beyond me.

It depends. First, Angel would need to stop by and assess your particular situation. He would let you know if he would be able to do it after taking many things into consideration. However, this "in person evaluation" would cost you $100.

DO YOU RECOMMEND HIGH EFFICIENCY HVAC SYSTEM?
First, you have to understand high efficiency is not about saving you money, it's all about higher comfort. The initial cost of such system along with the maintenance cost are inversely proportional to the life of the unit. When factoring in pre-mature failure and death, there is no savings. Actually costs more. Sure, the comfort you would experience during such short life cycle would be higher but for what price? On the other side, so called "less efficient HVAC systems" if installed correctly last much longer and cost much less in maintenance for the homeowner. Sure, they would not be able to match the comfort which "high efficiency system" would provide. However, in the end everything boils down to the simple question: "Are you warm in the middle of a very cold winter and are you chill in the middle of a very hot summer in your house?" As my HVAC instructor (with over 35 years of experience) used to say: "Keep it simple, stupid!"
